We booked a spa treatment at Ocean Day Spa for a hens weekend and it was definitely the highlight. Not only is the spa so beautiful and peaceful, the service is exceptional! Special mention to Lara who was so helpful in the process of organising the treatments. The whole package was just so lovely with a massage, sauna, cheese platter and drinks to relax. The therapists were all also so sweet and friendly. All round amazing experience and highly recommend to all, especially group bookings because they make the process so special and seamless.

For the price I received an amazing 90 minutes message, tea, water, sauna, cheese tray. My message therapist was amazing. Staff was attentive, professional, and spa was clean.

I went in for a massage and facial package. The lovely staff member Alica, offered me the welcome tea, offered me a upgrade candle massage which smelt fabulous. She assessed my skin and recommended me a special mask which helped with my dermatitis. A lovely treat

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a full body spa treatment with Adele and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I walked into the spa, Adele made me feel welcomed and relaxed.The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Adele has a magical touch and I could feel all my stress and tension melting away. The products she used were luxurious and left my skin feeling soft and rejuvenated.Not only was the treatment itself incredible, but Adele's professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. I visited to have the Ocean Pamper package. It was beautiful from start to finish. I was quickly checked in and changed and taken in for my treatment. It is the small touches that make a day spa stand out for me. The extra comfy beds. The gel packs around the head hole for extra comfort. The aromatherapy oils to inhale before beginning the treatment. The massage oil was warm which made me drift off very easily in to a state of bliss. The warm argan oil scalp massage was absolutely beautiful and then topped off with a refreshing facial which left my skin glowing for days. A quick sparkling wine and some fruit and cheese in the relaxation room while I floated back down to earth. Afterwards I had a lovely hot shower, blow dried my hair and left the spa ready to go out for dinner. Lee is really lovely and assured me that they train all of their staff to the same high standard that I received that day. The price, products, service and quality was all high standard. I will definitely be back and will be referring others to this business as well.

Treated the hubby to a massage on his birthday (which happens to be on International Womens Day ???? so had to join him for a massage as well). Had a specials package which was well worth the money and included a wine/juice and cheese platter at the end. One of the best massages i've had. Well worth it and would definitely recommend. We'll be back next time we visit Surfers.

My husband and I just had the most wonderful spa treatments at Ocean Day Spa. We both had the Ocean Pamper Package which was just heavenly. It included foot soak and exfoliation, full body aromatherapy massage, hot stone back massage, head massage, hot towel infusion for the back, feet and head, and a facial. Both our therapists were amazing. He wanted a firm massage while I wanted between light and medium and they were able to get it just right. The 2 hours went by so quickly. I didn’t want it to end. The cheese board and drinks afterwards were the cherry on top. I can honestly say this is the best treatment we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Ocean Day Spa at the Gold Coast.

Avoid like the plague. Would give zero stars if i could.My wife and daughter booked as apart of a group booking, from the moment they walked in they were treated horrible, placed in a relaxing room that has nothing relaxing about it, a 1 pm booking started at 3 pm, literally had to beg for water and they had to ask for the food plater that was meant to a part of the package my daughter and my neice were not even offered a juice. Than when the treatment started the massages were below average, than the faical they did that is a whole other story it was unpleasant abd did not feel good, we contacted the place the next morning and were referred to the manger who through messaging back and forth made us feel like an inconvenience showed a lacked of professionalism. Making us feel like how dare we say anything. In any case as i said avoid like the plague, unprofessional, and supbar service and not worth the money.And miss manger i am going to be one of these people that voices there experience online and would love to see how you will respond accordingly.

I treated myself and my daughter to spa packages - no regrets or negatives so have to feedback that the staff were excellent. We entered with a lot of tension and stress and left feeling extremely relaxed. The ambience, attention to detail and staff expertise were superb!

The staff were friendly & helpful and the masseuse was lovely. However, the massage was okay. I felt perhaps the massage was too long as the last 30mins went downhill. I was unsure of the benefits that continuous circles to the side if my neck were meant to do. To the point that I was about to verbally ask the masseuse to stop. The head massage consisted of drenching my hair in oil with my temples and hairline being scratched a couple of times- none of which, felt relaxing. The ambience was ruined, when a window was opened letting in the cold air and the noise of Surfers Paradise traffic! Unfortunately, I found myself eagerly waiting for it to end.

We had a group of 8 ladies all treated to the beautiful atmosphere and treatments at Ocean Day Spa this weekend to celebrate a special occasion. I am always bummed to go to a ‘day spa’ for a massage because they usually don’t bother to actually work out any tension… but this one was perfect. The therapists are all attentive, professional and so sweet. The environment is very relaxing and neat and tidy. I can’t fault this placeI hope we can come back soon!

Being a therapist and salon owner myself it’s not often we get pampered but today I had the most devine pamper package including massage and facial by the lovely Georgia. If your needing a great massage to relax tired and aching muscles I thoroughly recommend. The facility was extremely clean, inviting and all staff members were friendly and helpful ????

Massage was nice, reception lady was also nice. Unfortunately no hot water today, I had to have cold shower after sauna also after massage. ( because coconut oil is over my hair ) it was absolutely disappointing. Non one wants cold shower after nice massage. I was disappointed that I wasn’t offered any alternative solution, have hot shower somewhere, hotel room or swimming pool area.. etc I don’t know…

The experience was amazing from the moment we walked in! The girls had really good customer service skills with great knowledge! They explained the process well and delivered with a relaxing treatment. There was a beautiful lady on the reception who's name was Lea that was very helpful with our booking even serving us wine after an amazing massage and sauna. My husband booked us a 90mins body massage for our holiday in the Gold Coast. We do alot of body massage on our travels internationally and this is by far the best massage technique we had experienced. Jenna was my masseur, and within the first few minutes of her starting on me, i can immediately feel this is gonna be great massage. She applied the exact right pressure, I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated the entire 90mins was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Gold Coast. So unexpectedly surprised by the great service.

My partner and I went today for a two hour heavenly pamper package. The spa itself is immaculate, the quality of the services superb, and the two ladies that looked after us (Naomi and Alicia) were nothing short of amazing. I have been to Ocean Day Spa twice in the last 2 weeks and it is absolutely amazing! I had a facial package and pregnancy massage with both times making me feel so relaxed and happy when I walked out. Definitely one of the best massages I have ever had! The girls are so good at what they do and definitely make the experience enjoyable.You won’t be disappointed.Thank you so much! Lee and the team were absolutely wonderful!From the moment we walked into reception we felt peaceful and cared for.Lee altered the service to meet our needs and her team in the massage catered for our kinks and tight muscles.We got the Organic Bliss Treatment and each aspect of the service was thought out.The massage could have been longer but, when can’t it!?The exfoliation left my skin feeling smooth and refreshed.The infrared was fantastic and the platter and complementary drink was the cherry on top.Definitely recommend this place!
